Orders confirmed by payment are dispatched within 24 hours (barring exceptions).

Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipping chosen and the place of delivery. The amount of the costs also varies according to the weight and the size of the packages (parcels).

The couriers used are SDA, GLS and BRT. We nevertheless reserve the right to choose other couriers.

For shipments abroad (outside Italy) please contact us to receive a quotation of the costs. “Delivery times” are always understood as the maximum times for preparing the order and handing it over to the courier, and never include transport times, which vary according to the choice and type of shipping.

The expected time for the order to arrive at its destination is the sum of our delivery times and the courier's transport times.

In cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, we shall not be liable for the delay and/or failure to deliver the goods shipped.

The goods travel at the Customer's risk, and we accept no liability whatsoever for failure to deliver or for partial or total damage to the parcel.

Our liability ends at the moment of collection by the courier or acceptance by the post office of departure. Therefore, losses and/or damage are attributable to the carrier. The Customer may request insurance cover against loss of and/or damage to the parcel. In this case, the additional cost shall be added to the shipping costs payable by the Customer.

The choice of the type of shipping must be appropriate to the type and value of the goods purchased

In the event of any choice of shipping type that is not appropriate to the purchase of the goods ordered, Flli Sorbello Trucks srl shall make all the necessary corrections, which will be notified to the purchaser. The Customer must confirm and accept the changes made; otherwise, the order will be rejected.
