We offer international shipping. Orders placed by 14:00 on working days are dispatched the same day.

We ship throughout Europe with reliable international couriers:

• Western Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Benelux): 3-5 working days
• Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania, Czech Republic): 5-7 working days
• Scandinavia and United Kingdom: 5-7 working days

Professional Packaging

We know that parts for commercial vehicles can be heavy and delicate. That's why we use:

• Reinforced double-wall cardboard boxes for heavy parts
• Bubble wrap and shock-absorbing material for fragile components (headlamps, mirrors, glass)
• Pallets for bulky shipments (bumpers, bonnets, doors)
• Clear labelling with the OE number for easy identification

Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number sent automatically by email. You can follow your parcel in real time from dispatch to delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging, not fitted and undamaged
• It must be accompanied by the receipt or order confirmation
• Special-order or cut-to-size products cannot be returned

How to Make a Return

1. Contact us by email or phone, stating your order number and the reason for the return
2. You'll receive the shipping instructions for the return and the prepaid label (if applicable)
3. Pack the product carefully to avoid damage in transit
4. Send the parcel to our warehouse

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is processed within 5-7 working days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Product

If you have received a faulty product or one different from the one you ordered, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs.
