How much does it cost to refurbish the cab interior of a 96 Iveco Daily?
In this short guide, we look at how much you can expect to spend in total to refurbish the cab interior of your Iveco Daily
Let's start with the part that often wears out on this vehicle: the complete dashboard
I don't know if yours is broken, but I'd bet 70% the answer is yes
The reason it wears out is simple: it's made entirely of plastic, and being constantly exposed to the sun, the plastic becomes even more brittle, so with knocks and vibrations (speed bumps, potholes and so on) it tends to crack
Another part to fit to give your cab a new lease of life is the cab floor mat ,
We call it carpet, but it is actually a rubber mat on top with foam underneath, which soundproofs the cab
It usually wears out at the sides by the wheel arch, as these areas take the most wear (from getting in and out of the vehicle). As soon as it's replaced, the cab looks noticeably different. Here are a few photos from one of our customers
After replacing the cab floor mat, we recommend buying the right and left entry steps, so you can completely refurbish the whole interior floor
After replacing the cab interior floor, we also replace the right door cards and left door cards
Fitting new door cards really gives the cab a striking new look
You might also need the door trim strips (the ones in the photo)

But if they aren't broken, you can ask your body shop to paint them with black plastic trim paint to freshen them up.
Now all that's left is to replace the seat covers
If the seat is torn or worn, you can also replace just the foam cushion
and fit the new covers on top, so the job is done to a professional standard
