Hydraulic Pump Removal for Iveco Daily
Remove the oil filler cap (1) from the oil reservoir (2).
From underneath the engine compartment, remove the central sound-deadening shield.
Place a container under the power steering pump (6) to collect the oil from the system, remove the unions (3 and 8) and disconnect the oil pipes (4 and 7) from the power steering pump (6),
Remove the bolts (6) and detach the power steering pump (5) from the bracket (4). Remove the coupling (2) from the drive shaft (3).
Hydraulic Pump Refitting for Iveco Daily
To refit, reverse the removal procedure, observing the following warnings:

- replace the oil seal with new parts
(1), lubricating it with engine oil before
refitting:

- the oil pipe seals:

- tighten the nuts, bolts and unions to the specified torque.

Once refitting is complete, fill the power steering circuit and bleed the air as described in the relevant chapter.
