Sliding Door Outer Handle Replacement for Iveco Daily

Removal

Using a suitable tool (4), remove the push clips (3) and detach the trim panel (5).

Remove the inner handle (2) as described in the relevant chapter.

Remove the screw (1) securing the outer handle.

Prise the clip (2) off the rod (4) and disconnect the latter from the lever (3).

Remove the screws (5) securing the outer handles (1) to the door.

Move the outer handle (1) away from the sliding door (3).

Prise the clip (2) off the rod (4) and disconnect the rod from the outer handle (1).

Refitting

To refit, reverse the removal procedure as appropriate, tightening the handle-to-door fixing screws to a torque of 5,4 ÷ 10,2 Nm.
