Removing the Doors on the Iveco Daily
NOTE The removal and refitting procedure illustrated below refers to the right-hand door, but is the same for the left-hand door.
Undo the fixing nuts and screws and remove the rear side panel cover (2).
Undo the five fixing screws and remove the lower hinge cover (1).
Undo the fixing screw and remove the upper hinge cover (3)
Partially open the door, sling it and support it with a suitable lifting device.
Undo the fixing screws (1) securing the lower hinge to the body.
Undo the fixing screws (1) of the upper hinge and remove the door.
Door Fitting for Iveco Daily
Undo the fixing screws (1) of the upper hinge and remove the door.
To refit, reverse the removal procedure as appropriate.
Tighten the hinge fixing screws to a torque of 26 Nm
Rear Door Position Adjustment
Adjustment Along the X-X Axis
Loosen the fixing screws (5 and 6) and adjust the position of the strikers (7) of the upper locks (4).
Loosen the fixing screws (3) and adjust the position of the upper lock (4).
Loosen the fixing screws (8) and adjust the position of the centre lock striker (9).
Loosen the fixing screws (1) and adjust the position of the centring buffers (2).
